The base service is free but the experience is limited by the number of servers you can access, and most importantly the speed of those servers. Indeed, the free servers are significantly slower than their premium counterparts. At CyberGhost, Premium means only one device. If you want to use more than one device, you can choose the Premium Plus plan. CyberGhost counts devices and not simultaneous connections since your devices are linked to your account. If you want to use your Premium subscription on another device, you have to delete the previous device from your account settings before.

However the UI looks a bit dated, with its location-changing menu as a tray icon on Windows. But if you prefer an easy to use UI to a modern and sleek one, Private Internet Access can be a good choice.
